Competition plays a big part in everyone’s development as we all learn from mistakes and failures while striving for success.
On the last week of every term SIFE has organised internal competitions were kids can put all the skills learned from PE lessons together to compete in various sports throughout the year and award the winning class as champions of the term.
Research shows that competition can drive attention, physical effort, and learning. The social motivation of competing against one's peers can challenge a student to work much harder on his or her tasks than he or she would independently feel compelled to do so.
Apart from giving all our children opportunities to strengthen their learning in a competitive environment, it’s also lots of fun with everyone from students to teachers looking forward to take part in these events.

Sports Day

The big summer sports day is an occasion where pupils, teachers, and parents come together for a day of competitive sport.
Our aim is to encourage children to have fun, to get active and to work together in various fun physical activities and challenges.

Behavioural issues

Playing sport helps children learn to control their emotions and channel negative feelings in a positive way. It also helps children to develop patience and understand that it can take a lot of practice to improve both their physical skills and what they do in school.

Weekly Virtual Lesson

Played a big part in all our children’s development during the pandemic. It provides high quality and entertaining PE lessons for our children to do at home as homework before the following lessons.
